Acceptance and Amendment of Service Terms
1.1 This agreement aims to regulate the use of subscription renewal services between the member and Picsloop. The member must accept and comply with this agreement.
Service Description
2.1 With the precondition that the member has activated this service, Picsloop may automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the member's account when the current period is about to expire.
2.2 Members must ensure sufficient balance in their account for the automatic renewal process; otherwise, they will bear responsibility for renewal failures due to insufficient funds.
2.3 Member usage of this service is considered as an agreement to the relevant service terms and Picsloop's public disclosures.
2.4 This service is exclusively for use on the Picsloop platform; any unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited.
Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 Picsloop provides a method to inquire about the specifics of automatic renewal, but is not responsible for invoice handling.
3.2 Picsloop is obligated to deduct the fee and extend the member's validity period within the agreed timeframe.
3.3 In case of billing errors, both parties should cooperate to resolve the issue and bear responsibility according to their respective faults.
3.4 Picsloop may modify the service content based on business or technical upgrades, with changes announced on relevant pages. Members can choose to accept or cancel the service.
3.5 By not cancelling the service, members agree to Picsloop's occasional attempts to deduct funds.
3.6 Price adjustments will adhere to the latest rates.
3.7 Picsloop reserves the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal period, with announcements made on relevant pages.
Agreement Period and Termination
4.1 The agreement becomes effective upon the member's acceptance or usage of this service and remains in force until the member terminates the service or cancels their membership.
4.2 Members can terminate the service at any time, after which Picsloop will cease providing the service.
4.3 Member fees operate on a pay-first, use-later basis. Once purchased, membership services are considered used, and no refunds or exchanges are available. Automatic renewal instructions entrusted by the member prior to service termination remain valid, and the corresponding fees are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Both parties should resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, either party may bring the dispute to the competent People's Court at the place of signing this agreement.
